Growing up, what I needed the most was neither getting into honors classes nor taking leadership roles in school activities. Rather, what I needed the most was the teachers who cared for me and believed in me. They saw the little seeds of potential in me and called the greatness out of me. Because of their support, I felt empowered to go after big dreams and to change the world. They motivated me to work hard and to do good for society.
